We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate has 1-2
years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment who is eager to grow,
passionate about data-driven products, and excited to work closely with design, engineering,
and business stakeholders.
As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the product vision from concept to delivery,
contribute to roadmap execution, and help deliver intuitive, high-quality product experiences
used by customers worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the product vision and roadmap for the AdClarity product under the guidance of senior product leaders
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements
• Help to gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and market insights
• Assist in creating concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and enhancements
• Translate product ideas into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment
• Track and report on product metrics and KPIs to measure feature success and user impact
• Conduct market, competitive, and user research to identify opportunities and support product decisions
• Ensure smooth execution from discovery through delivery and iteration
Must-Have Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience as a Product Manager (or Associate / Junior PM) in a B2B SaaS company
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and working with cross-functional teams
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
