Our founding team built their careers working on real-time communication products, building enterprise platforms, and crafting tools for some of the most security-conscious industries. With experience gained from industry leaders like Twilio, IBM, Microsoft, and Hearsay Systems, we're using AI to bridge human conversations with enterprise systems, starting with financial services. 
Our focus, although simple, is powerful: reinventing business operations and transforming the areas that often get bogged down by slow, inefficient processes. Our innovative platform allows people to communicate naturally, while we capture the information they need, so they can avoid data entry, streamline their operations, and spend more time on what matters most: their clients.
Location: Budapest, XI. (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
About the Role:
Our product sits at the intersection of AI, financial services, and enterprise software. Making that feel simple, reliable, and useful to the people who depend on it is the core design challenge. We're looking for a Junior Product Designer who wants to learn what that actually takes.
You'll work with senior designers on a genuinely complex product: an AI platform that helps financial advisors engage with their clients naturally while we handle the data entry, notes, and admin that usually eat their day. The problems are novel, the tech is real, and the design work actually matters.

To give you a sense of the  problems you'll be working on alongside senior designers, here are some recent projects:

• Reimagining the live meeting experience to help advisors stay present and engaged while Zocks captures everything important and serves up valuable insights in real time.
• Building the foundations of document intelligence features that help advisors extract, understand, and act on information from complex financial documents using AI.
• Simplifying complex data sync flows with external platforms so users can easily keep their information up-to-date without the usual headaches.

You won't be shielded from hard problems. You'll be mentored through them.

What We're Looking For:

Years of experience don't matter. We're not looking for polish. Just someone who asks questions, experiments, and takes feedback and runs with it.

• Curiosity You ask more questions than you give answers, and you're comfortable not knowing yet
• Grows from feedback. You act on it fast and come back sharper.
• Taste. You have strong instincts about what makes something feel right, and you can articulate why
• AI fluency. You're actively exploring what AI means for how you design, not sitting on the sidelines waiting to see where it lands.
• Comfort with complexity. Our product is technically deep. You're interested in understanding the details, not designing around them
• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.
