Junior Procurement Coordinator - US Telecom Construction

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Location: India - Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Telecom, Water, and Power construction materials and their applications.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, warehouse teams, and vendors to support successful project execution.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability across projects and warehouse locations.
• Review project Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bidding Packages and coordinate procurement requirements with operations and business development teams.
• Maintain and improve item master data and naming standards within Utilities One's Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
• Analyze spreadsheets, inventory reports, and procurement data to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure materials, pricing, vendors, and inventory transactions are correctly entered and maintained within company systems.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in Telecom, Water Utility, or Electric Utility construction materials.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing item master data, inventory records, or procurement databases.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
