Job Description

Support and improve food manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, solve basic process issues, and implement improvements—ideal for early-career engineers looking to grow in a production environment.

• Support optimization of food production processes and technologies
• Assist in project execution, planning, and coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (quality, efficiency, cost)
• Monitor production performance and help meet operational targets
• Identify process issues and propose practical solutions
• Apply basic engineering and analytical methods in daily work
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes
• Support adherence to food safety and quality standards

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing or similar environment
• Basic understanding of food processing and production workflows
• Familiarity with food safety/quality standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, ISO) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and grow

• Internship or hands-on experience in food production
