Requirements (1): Technical skills, Job experiences
Technical skills: Must have:
・Programming language (SQL, SAS, Python or R. Or any similar language)
・Mathematical thinking
・Japanese insurance business knowledge
・Office (Excel, PowerPoint, )
Job experience: Nice to have:
・A first experience in insurance or in an analytical work involving manipulating numbers is appreciated.
・Any experience in Kaggle (or any other Data Science platform) competition is a plus.

Requirements (3): Certificate, Education background
・Bachelors degree or above in one of those fields: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science
・Actuarial exams are a plus.
Requirements (4): Language skills
・Japanese: Native or Fluent (JPLT N3 level minimum)
・English: reading + writing: mandatory / speaking: nice to have

【Technical price modeling】
・ Predict the occurrence of accident and the average amount of the claims, using past data
・ Improve the current methodology by introducing Data Science methodology into traditional actuarial models
【Customer behavior modeling】
・ Predict the probability for a prospect to buy an insurance contract

・ Analyze insurance market trend
