Junior Portfolio Manager
Department: Cyber Services and Capabilities
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: PHL Manila
Position Title: Junior Portfolio Manager
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
This role holder is responsible for supporting the AD of Portfolio Strategy and the MXDR Portfolio Management team with the day-to-day management of the MXDR portfolio, with a focus on maintaining high-quality product collateral and ensuring our cost and pricing model remains accurate and up to date.
The role will work closely with product managers, sales, marketing, finance and operations to keep portfolio materials current, enable consistent commercial decision-making, and support the ongoing evolution of MXDR products. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to develop into ownership of an individual product within the portfolio.
Responsible for supporting the MXDR portfolio with collateral management and commercial model maintenance. Specifically
Maintain and improve the MXDR cost and pricing model (inputs, assumptions, rate cards, margin targets), keeping it aligned to service delivery realities and commercial strategy.
Create, update and maintain product collateral (e.g. product overviews, datasheets, pitch decks, FAQs, battlecards, release notes) ensuring version control and consistent messaging.
Coordinate collateral reviews with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, legal and finance, and ensure updates are published to the right internal repositories.
Support pricing requests and deal support by validating inputs, producing outputs for review, and documenting rationale and changes.
Track key portfolio artefacts and changes (e.g. hardware cost price changes, exchange rates, licence bundles) and provide regular updates to the portfolio owner.
Support preparation for internal enablement sessions and external launches by coordinating content, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio processes (templates, checklists, governance), and, as the role matures, take on defined ownership of an individual product area.
