In this role, you will support cross-functional project coordination, track timelines and deliverables, and assist in maintaining project plans and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong interest in project management / PMO / Program Management.

• High organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a matrix-based environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with project management or development tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) – an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

• Fast learner with strong analytical skills.

• B.A./B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field.

• Recent graduate (up to 1–2 years of experience).

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the product lifecycle of complex multidisciplinary products, under the guidance of a senior PMO/Program Manager.

• Assist in coordinating cross-functional technical activities, from marketing requirements analysis through development and release phases.

• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project plans.

• Help maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and management plans.

• Support communication with internal stakeholders including R&D, Marketing, Validation, and Operations teams.

• Participate in status meetings and prepare project reports and updates.

• Assist in monitoring project scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• Gain technical understanding of the product, technologies, and system components.
