YOUR TEAM
Essentials is home to SELECTED's Never Out Of Stock programme, also known as NOOS. Here, we work to keep our bestselling products available throughout the year by balancing customer demand, inventory and product availability. To make that happen, we work closely with colleagues across Sales, Buying and Product, as well as with our international suppliers.
You'll join a skilled and supportive team where knowledge is shared openly, responsibility comes early and you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and make an impact.
YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Planner, you'll help ensure that SELECTED's bestselling products are available throughout the year. By combining data, analysis and close collaboration with colleagues across the business, you'll see how every planning decision helps keep our bestselling products moving.
From day one, you'll contribute to the team's work while developing your analytical skills and commercial understanding. As you grow in the role, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and build your expertise within different planning disciplines. Depending on your development and business needs, you'll have the opportunity to specialise within areas such as demand planning or replenishment planning.
