Job Description

• Provide full spectrum of personal and business support to senior executive
• Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management, etc.
• Manage calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organize daily schedules and travel arrangement
• Handle business correspondence, confidential documents and other administrative duties
• Prepare reports, budgets and expenses claims
• Assist with business pitching such as tender / proposal preparation and presentation materials
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• At least 1 years relevant working experience from secretary role
• Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
