The Junior People Data & Systems Analyst will play a vital role within the People Team, supporting the organisation’s efforts to optimise workforce data and provide actionable insights. This individual will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for data, and a desire to develop their analytical skills in a collaborative environment. This role will work closely with the Lead People Data & Systems Analyst and interact with stakeholders across the business.
Data Management in collaboration with the Lead People Data & Systems Analyst including extracting, cleansing, and preparing people data for analysis and reporting.
Monthly and ad hoc reporting to stakeholders throughout the business, ensuring the data is accurate and reports are delivered on time.
Data Analysis, highlighting key workforce metrics and trends to support in decision-marking.
System Administration, ensuring data integrity within all people-related systems by routinely auditing and updating records as required.
Respond to data-related enquiries and support stakeholders in the interpretation of reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines in all data handling and reporting activities.
Computer skills, you are familiar with MS Office and have proficient Excel skills.
Some experience with data extraction, cleansing or reporting (ideally in a HR function).
Confidentiality and data protection principles are understood.
Attention to detail, you have a thorough and accurate approach for data quality.
Good communicator, as a part of a team, with colleagues and stakeholders.
Highly organised, you can prioritise your workload, manage multiple tasks.

Hybrid Working:
Most of our teams at our Support Centre offer a flexible approach to Hybrid working. 1 or 2 days in the office per week usually does the job for us to work collaboratively, and we use Microsoft Teams for those virtual catch-ups.
