Job Description

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

• Monitor real-time payment traffic in shift mode (including night shift), handling emergency alerts;

• Reroute traffic fast and accurately according to instructions and the current state of payment providers;

• Control the quality of cashier setup across regions;

• Escalate drops and anomalies on processing traffic to payment providers and respective internal teams to solve the issue;

• Document changes on the payment provider's side and internal distribution (cashier, including buttons order, providers distribution, onoff, payment flows, etc.);

• Deep into the current payment flows, methods, existing monitoring, providers' prioritization, etc.;

• Announce critical changes in payment flow, closed shift report.

We need your professional experience:

• Experience at the same position or in FintechPSP (or candidates without experience but with a desire to learn quickly);

• English at an Intermediate level;

• Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;

• Understanding of online payments technical integrations, funnels, flows;

• Experience in written and oral communication with foreign customers or partners;

• Understanding of payment and transactional systems and services;

• Experience in working with Grafana and Tableau is a plus.
