Your responsibilities within our TribeParticipate in monitoring and improving the payment solutions used by the Group.Contribute to analysing the performance of the various payment methods and monitoring operational performance indicators.Participate in identifying and resolving incidents or issues related to payment solutions. Ensure that documentation and mapping of payment solutions are kept up to date. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Performance, Contract Management) and external partners. Monitor developments in payment methods and market innovations.Contribute to projects involving the deployment or improvement of payment solutions.Participate in the implementation and monitoring of action plans aimed at improving the performance of payment solutions..
Your distinctive profileHigher educational degree (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.A first experience in financial services, payments, banking, or data analysis would be appreciated.Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.Comfortable with data analysis and performance indicators.General knowledge of payment methods and the banking environment would be an advantage.Professional proficiency in English is preferred.Good knowledge of internal business activities, tools, and processes would be an asset.. Curious and interested in new technologies and financial services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Ability and willingness to learn and develop expertise.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Service-oriented with a results-driven mindset.*This position is available for the Tribe of Port Louis only
