About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Partner Manager to join our Advertising Partnerships team. The role is based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Partner Managemet Director, this is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in the advertising and streaming space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the optimization of ad revenue across our programmatic business

  • Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with ad sales partners

  • Help monitor and analyze ad monetization KPIs and surface actionable insights

  • Collaborate with internal and external ad operations teams

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare partner feedback

  • Prepare sales collaterals and content update to better support our partners' sales efforts

  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in investigating the root causes of any incidents

  • Support revenue forecasting activities

Required Skills & Experience

  • First experience (internship or junior role) in ad sales, ad tech, or digital media

  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)

  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
