Hearst UK operate a hybrid working model of four days per week in the office and one day working from home. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James’s, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
The Role…
Paid Media plays a central role in amplifying Hearst’s global brands and delivering impactful digital partnerships for our clients. As a Junior Paid Media Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that delivery — supporting the execution, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Working closely with our Senior and Lead team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign activation, performance analysis and budget management. This is a great role for someone looking to break into digital marketing or take their first step in-house, with structured development, real responsibility and a clear progression pathway within the team.
Main Duties…
Support the set-up, launch and delivery of Global Paid Media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time.
Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing changes with guidance from Senior team members.
