Job Description

The Associate supports client engagements and internal project team requests and policy projects by developing research plans; conducting research; collecting data and policy information; judging the relevance and applicability of data collected, or policies identified; analyzing data; interpreting data; analyzing market trends, health policies, and reimbursement approaches; developing summary information used for presentations to internal and external staff; and presenting to clients as needed.

of Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements by participating in discussions to clarify objectives, scope of work, and expected deliverables; may contribute to client meetings.

  • Develop and implement research strategies to gather relevant data and policy insights aligned with project goals.

  • Conduct research using multiple sources, including literature reviews, databases, online resources, and stakeholder interviews.

  • Analyze data and findings to identify market trends, policy impacts, and implications for client organizations, ensuring data quality and relevance.

  • Prepare clear and concise summaries of research outcomes, highlighting key insights, trends, and patterns from data and policy analysis.

  • Support the development of findings and recommendations, contributing to client-focused insights and strategic outputs.

  • Produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., reports, presentations, memos) and support internal teams and project execution, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities, social sciences, sciences, or business administration (or equivalent experience).

  • Exposure to healthcare or policy-related environments (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or research assistant experience preferred).

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with research tools and data sources is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively manage assigned tasks.
