What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the integration of AI and automation across the platform, initially focusing on capacity planning and reporting.

  • Working with databases and big data to support reporting, analysis, and data preparation activities.

  • Helping implement data quality checks and ETL processes using Dataiku.

  • Improving reporting processes through machine learning and automation of manual tasks.

  • Collaborating with analysts, engineers, and business teams to deliver reliable AI and data solutions.

  • Analysing data andidentifyimprovement opportunities for stakeholders across the wider platform.

What we’re looking for?

  • Hands-on experience with a range of coding languages, preferably Python or C#

  • Interest in, or experience with, machine learning, AI model development, prompt engineering, and emerging technologies such as AI agents or Agentic AI

  • Understanding of Dataiku or similar data analysis and preparation tools

  • Knowledge of database technologies

  • Interest in testing, automation, and improving data quality processes

  • Understanding of ETL processes

  • Strong communicationskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, share ideas openly and contribute constructively to team outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD practices and cloud platforms, ideally AWS

  • Familiarity with actuarial processes

  • Working knowledge of Qlik

  • Experience in data modelling.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learningnew technologiesand applying them toreal businessproblems

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
