By leveraging our proprietary technology, we're building an ecosystem that is leading the industry into the 21st century.We are a growing team looking for a Junior Operations Support in the Global Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.
The role is located in our Bucharest office and you will be working in rotative shifts, including the weekend and nights.WHAT YOU WILL DO …As a Junior Operations Support in the Shared Operations Center at sennder, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our road transportation activities. You will be supporting our operational teams across our entire company and help steer greater operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a profile with a strong doer mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.
Operations Management- Support various aspects of road freight operations across shipper and carrier-facing activities, such as the registration in our system, scheduling, and execution of daily transports.
- Improve quality through proactive communication and a detail-oriented approach.
- Troubleshoot daily issues and report on their status and actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Stakeholder relations- Collaborate hand-in-hand with our Operations Management teams in other offices across Europe and help them achieve greater efficiency in their day-to-day activities.
Performance Monitoring- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
