Department Summary
The Junior Operations Planner supports the development and maintenance of production schedules at the cell level, with a focus on critical resource planning and day‑to‑day operational coordination. This role works closely with Operations Managers, Production Managers, Project Managers, Program Planners, and the Master Scheduler to help ensure schedule accuracy, material readiness, and efficient use of key resources. The Junior Operations Planner may also assist in creating operation sheets and supporting budgeting activities for production processes.

Wage range for this role is between $28 - $35/hour, plus benefits and eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Employees may also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access assignments. Actual compensation will depend on job-related factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
Shift Availability
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 0600–1430. Some flexibility available.
