As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will support our European Operations teams by managing financial and operational processes related to invoicing, VAT refunds, claims, payment monitoring, and merchant account management. You will collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution of operational requests.

Qualifications

Your Responsibilities

• Process and approve VAT refund requests for customers.
• Handle partial and full customer claims and reimbursements
• Process transport invoice cancellations and refunds.
• Monitor overdue customer accounts and manage the Debt Resale process.
• Process Export Advantage tax refund requests for eligible vehicle purchases.
• Generate and manage different types of invoices, including late payment fees and additional service charges.
• Monitor invoicing processes and investigate operational or technical discrepancies.
• Create promotional vouchers according to business requirements.
• Monitor unsuccessful reimbursement transfers and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure resolution.
• Manage merchant account restrictions by blocking and reactivating accounts based on outstanding payments.

What We're Looking For

• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in Operations, Finance Support, Payments, Administration, or Back Office is considered an advantage.

Additional Information

The place of work will be at Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Kompleksi E - 88, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
