Key Responsibilities Run core operations
  • Handle core operational tasks, including payroll, accounting, invoices, bonuses, equity management, laptop procurement, and contracts.
  • Identify, vet, and work with vendors for essential services, such as website development, trademark filings, and legal counsel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers by organizing events, sending personalized gifts, and hosting potential customers, etc. 
  • Identify and participate in events to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Act as an account executive or user liaison when required.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing administrative support to ensure their success.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, helping to maintain alignment and drive progress on key objectives.

Executive operations
  • Manage and optimize the schedules of our executive team, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring executives are informed and prepared for upcoming commitments.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Required Skillsets
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
