At Molex, we are seeking a Junior Operational Excellence Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives at our Nogales site. This position will contribute to high-impact projects related to operational transformation, plant expansion, facility layout redesign, material flow optimization, resource efficiency, and process improvement. If you are motivated to learn quickly, analyze data, and drive improvements that create real value in a manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
Our Team
You will be part of a team that drives operational improvements and transformation projects at the site, working closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, Materials, Quality, Finance, EH&S, and other key functions. This role reports to the Operational Excellence Manager and participates in initiatives that support business growth and efficiency.
