Job Description

• Provide administrative support to HR and IT Project team;
• Liaison with suppliers in procurement of IT equipment / services;
• Liaison with internal parties on project coordination and submission;
• Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal parties to ensure project or maintenance are on schedule;
• Responsible for daily system administration and problem troubleshooting;
• Other ad-hoc project as required

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Studies or Information Technology/Computer Science is preferable;
• Minimum 1 year work experience. Experience in airfreight / logistics field is an advantage.
• Proficient in PC applications;
• Creative, good team player, good communication skills, self-motivated and willing to work independent;
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must
• Immediate available is preferable, Fresh graduate are welcomed
