None What You Will Do

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, internal referral campaigns etc.

• Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

• Scheduling and Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position.

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

• Offer management and pre-onboarding connects.

• Bulk hiring Environment

What You Will Need

• Must be a graduate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment would be an added advantage.
