Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To book Customer orders in SAP after receipt of PO from the Customers and distributors
  • To send Order Acknowledgement to the Customers and distributors through Customer manager
  • To get necessary price approvals before the order booking
  • To send payment remainders to the customers and do follow up
  • To coordinate with the manufacturing plants for the dispatch
  • To Act as a link between the Customer manager , plant dispatch and customers

Profile/Competencies:

Essential:

  • Required Education/Qualification Background: B.com, BBA with SAP knowledge and Computer Knowledge
  • Relevant Year of Experience for the role: 2 - 3 years in Similar Role
  • Required Skills/Competency: Fluency in either English &Tamil or Hindi

Preferred:

  • Candidate from Tamil Nadu especially from Chennai
  • BCom / BBA
