The Role

We are looking for an office coordinator to join our First Impression team in Stockholm. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter within office management, Event management and Reception/Administration.

You will be part of the First Impression team, and convey a professional, positive first impression.

We are looking for you who has an exceptional sense of service and a driven personality with high ambitions with earlier experience within customer service and/or office coordination.

This is a temporary role between August 2026-August 2027. The role is a temporary role in a full time position. • Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English
• Excellent communication and people skills

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Experience within office coordination
• A genuine interested within interior design
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Office coordination
