The Company
We are Zeekr, built on a decade of European experience. We are a premium electric vehicle and technology solutions brand from Geely Holding Group, one of world’s largest automotive companies. Our goal and vision is to accelerate the shift to fully electrified mobility. We are committed to driving the future of transportation with cutting-edge technology and a customer-centric approach.
The role
As a Junior Network Development Coordinator, you will support the successful expansion of Zeekr’s retail network across multiple European markets by coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate data and reporting, monitoring SI-CI compliance, and facilitating collaboration between dealer partners and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring new locations progress efficiently from initial approval through launch while maintaining high standards of documentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
This is what you will do:
Project Coordination & Tracking
Maintain and update master trackers covering new location approvals, construction milestones, and grand opening timelines across multiple European markets.
Monitor project status for each site from initial partner engagement through to compliant launch, escalating delays or blockers to the Lead in a timely manner.
Support the preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly status reports for internal stakeholders including Market Leads, After Sales, IT, Finance, and Senior Management.
Manage shared project folders, document version control, and filing of approval documentation, drawings, and partner correspondence.
SI-CI Compliance Auditing & Monitoring
Track Store Identity and Corporate Identity (SI-CI) compliance status for each location within the network, recording audit findings, outstanding actions, and approval outcomes.
Liaise with partners and suppliers to collect photographic evidence, design submissions, and sign-off documents required for compliance approval.
Support the Lead in coordinating pre-DAC approval sequencing, ensuring partners follow the correct submission process before committing to investment.
Flag non-compliant or at-risk locations and help prepare exception logs or escalation summaries as required.
Data Management & Reporting
Own the day-to-day upkeep of Excel-based and digital project management tools.
Compile and verify data from multiple markets, partners, and internal teams to ensure trackers are accurate and up to date at all times.
Prepare ad hoc reports, slide summaries, and data extracts to support business reviews, OKR reporting, and executive presentations.
Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and work proactively to resolve them.
Partner & Stakeholder Communication Support
Draft, format, and send routine partner communications including progress updates, documentation requests, and deadline reminders.
Support the onboarding process for new dealer partners by preparing welcome materials, checklists, and introductory documentation.
Historical Records & Knowledge Management
Build and maintain a structured archive of location histories, including approval dates, compliance milestones, partner contacts, and key decisions.
Support the documentation of processes and playbooks so that market leads can operate with greater autonomy over time.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
Experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones, or supporting operational activities in a structured environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with digital project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data, documentation, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, partners, and suppliers.
Ability to identify risks, follow up on outstanding actions, and proactively resolve data or process gaps.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
Strong presentation and reporting skills, including preparation of slides and management updates.
