In this role, you will help maintain, enhance, and support our enterprise SharePoint environment and related business solutions. You will work closely with senior developers and program area staff to ensure ODM systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs. As a Junior .NET/SharePoint Developer, your responsibilities will include:Provisioning user access, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate system access.Performing administration activities that include creating site collections, configuring collaboration sites, pages, and components to support business requirements.Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements to optimize functionality.Supporting various phases of testing, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.Performing data management activities (e.g. migration, normalization).Developing customized reports and dashboards to support business needs.Participating in release management processes to ensure high quality deployments.Staying current on SharePoint technologies, new features, and best practices to continually enhance ODM's SharePoint environment.
