Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Technician who is interested in building a long-term career in facilities maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, grow, and advance within our organization. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our facilities by responding to various maintenance requests, supporting emergency procedures, and ensuring a secure environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service calls
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and facility equipment
  • Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure projects
  • Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely manner
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work
  • Respond promptly to maintenance and safety requests within the facility
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical role
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire for a long-term career
  • Ability to support facility organization, and minor repairs as needed
  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and safety procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate loads
