As a Junior Marketing Support, your primary responsibilities will involve client communication and technical administration to tackle clients' marketing issues. What you will do 👀
- Assist clients with online marketing inquiries
- Advising on visual and content materials for ads
- Providing technical guidance to enhance their marketing strategies and scale business
- Building long-term business relationships
- Enhance the knowledge on advertising policies, trends and best practices
- Collaborate with various marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Work with Gsuite, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack and other communication tools
- Engage in internal projects and initiatives
- Use English in written and spoken form on a daily basis.
What we need from you 🙏
- 1–2 years of experience in online marketing (basic knowledge of Facebook or Google Ads, Business Manager or TikTok)
- Proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow processes without errors
- Responsible, proactive, and a team player Don't worry, we will teach and support you.
