Job Purpose/Role Description

The role of the Junior Marketing Scientist is a hybrid role at the intersection of data analytics and marketing science: turning multi-source data into reliable inputs and insights for Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects, while supporting client adoption through training, documentation, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build/improve data collection, cleaning, and validation processes; automate data prep and reporting where possible.

· Develop/maintain data pipelines for large datasets and work across cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).

· Perform exploratory analysis (descriptive stats, pattern identification) and interpret trends in complex datasets.

· Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for internal and client-facing reporting.

· Contribute to MMM projects, applying econometric approaches and translating results into clear insights and recommendations.

· Contribute to preparing and delivering presentations & reports to clients

· Provide online and onsite trainings and demonstrations to local and international clients

· Participate actively in continuous MASS Analytics internal documentation and testing Mass Analytics products

· Master and get total autonomy on MASS Analytics products and features

Qualifications & Experiences:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business.

· Previous experience in a similar domain is a plus.

Key Attributes/Main Competencies:

· Strong understanding of data mining, machine learning, and statistical techniques, including linear regression, PCA, clustering, and related methods.

· Strong sense of accountability and ownership, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and reliability of all deliverables.

· Ability to extend business knowledge and translate analytical results into clear, contextual, and commercially relevant stories across multiple industry verticals.

· Hands-on experience with common data science toolkits and programming languages (e.g., R, Python).

· Advanced Excel skills.

· Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet project milestones and internal deadlines consistently.

· Demonstrates rigor, consistency, and discipline throughout working hours.

· Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to client needs, new projects, evolving priorities, company culture, and team dynamics.

· Strong adherence to information security standards, with clear and consistent implementation of required policies and procedures.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Fluent in written and spoken English.

· Good level of French (written and spoken) is required.
