Junior Marketing Operations Specialist (all genders)

As a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the effective planning and execution of marketing activities across the CEE region, ensuring consistency, quality, and local relevance.

You will contribute to the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, while maintaining strong attention to detail and process compliance.

Your role will focus on operational excellence, content localization, and coordination of marketing efforts, helping the team deliver impactful and aligned activities across channels.

Your role:

  • Supports the coordination and execution of marketing activities across the CEE region, ensuring alignment with agreed plans and local business needs.

  • Assists in the localization and management of marketing content, including adapting assets, case studies, and materials, and maintaining accuracy within internal platforms such as asset libraries.

  • Collaborates with local marketing teams, regional stakeholders, and external agencies to gather inputs, support campaign execution, and ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

  • Contributes to campaign and digital activities by preparing basic activation briefs, coordinating local digital initiatives, and tracking selected performance metrics.

  • Supports the organization and execution of marketing events, ensuring alignment with broader marketing plans and effective integration into ongoing activities.

  • Provides operational support through budget tracking, purchase order processes, preparation of presentations and reports, and maintaining documentation in line with internal guidelines.

You’re the right fit if you:

  • Bring an educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.

  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally, and feel comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Are able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining structure and focus in a dynamic setting.

  • Show a proactive, learning-oriented mindset, take initiative, and contribute positively as a team player with a customer-first attitude.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
