Job Description

We're looking for a curious, organized, and highly motivated Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join Pango’s Marketing team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, marketing analytics, and AI-powered marketing processes while working on products used by millions of users every month.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership activities.
  • Manage marketing operations including coupon codes, benefits, and campaign-related assets.
  • Coordinate and execute strategic marketing collaborations and partner campaigns end-to-end.
  • Help execute campaigns with technical setup, segmentation, and reporting support.
  • Analyze performance metrics across web, app, email, partnerships, and events.
  • Build reports and support decision-making using Excel, Mixpanel, Braze, and additional marketing tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Advertising, or a related field (outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • High ownership, motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity and passion for AI tools and new technologies - Must
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Advantages

  • Background in an advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and customer journey workflows.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or marketing processes.
