As a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will actively support the implementation of our Marketing activities around IFA and work on omnichannel campaigns for exhibitors as well as trade and private visitors.

- Implementation of omnichannel campaigns for exhibitors as well as trade and private visitors, with a focus on B2B and retail
- Support of exhibitor acquisition and commercial marketing activities
- Working with CRM, digital, and owned channels along the customer journey
- Contribution to targeting, segmentation, and personalization approaches
- Support in website, lead, and conversion optimization
- Coordination of internal teams and external partners
- Contributing your own ideas to optimize campaign logic, customer journeys, and partnerships
- Completed bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in marketing (ideally in event, B2B, tech, or digital marketing)
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, commercial growth, and audience development
- Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and strong execution focus
- Interest in CRM, marketing automation, and conversion optimization tools
- Analytical mindset and curiosity for data-driven marketing approaches
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience with design and video editing tools is a plus
- Very good organizational skills and strong team spirit
- Work in an international marketing environment at the world’s leading consumer electronics trade show and actively help shape one of the most innovative tech events worldwide
- Hands-on experience in commercial marketing, B2B marketing, and visitor marketing with clear development prospects
