Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who can connect content and growth marketing to strengthen our brand positioning and support our client projects across B2B and B2C.

What you will be doing

• Content marketing: You will leverage AI to create content like posts, ghostwrite articles and newsletters, all SEO/GEO-optimised; produce visual assets, manage the website and develop (claude) skills and agentic workflows
• Growth/performance marketing & automation: From Google and Meta to Pinterest, you will support setting up ads across the full performance marketing spectrum, both for B2B and D2C audiences. You will also run AI-driven market and keyword analysis and help optimize customer journeys
• Outreach: You will define messages, manage audiences, and co-steer campaigns for direct outreach – ideally using agentic workflows
• Brand management: You will be also managing brand assets and bring it to life across all touchpoints along the customer journey
• Analysis & evaluation: You will prepare analyses and learnings from our channels and improve our AI-skills based on it

What you need to be successful in the role

• 2 years of relevant experience in content/brand and growth marketing. We're looking for a generalist with some deeper knowledge in one area, ideally from a start-up
• Basic performance marketing know-how, ideally with hands-on experience in one or more paid channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experience in use of AI tools for content generation and performance marketing, workflow automation. Willingness to constantly improve your AI skills is a must
• Ideally, knowledge of the innovation and venturing space
• Basic Adobe skills
• Precise use of language and the ability to judge AI-created content
• Storytelling know-how and the ability to translate a narrative into content pieces
• Ideally, experience with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Notion, Zapier, Claude, …
• German and English language skills, Italian is a plus

‍We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.110,00. We offer a competitive salary according to a career scheme based on your qualifications and experience.
