The Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, for Henley & Partners’ international membership network, Civis Mundi, while also participating and leading other initiatives across the Group.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the design and execution of the wider marketing strategy for Henley & Partners and Civis Mundi, aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department objectives;
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute the social media strategy, contributing ideas, content, and campaign support;
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver Group webinars, from promotion and registration through to follow-up and post-event reporting;
  • Support the Events department with marketing for Group events, including promotional content, invitations, communications, and event collateral;
  • Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns;
  • Create, adapt, and optimize content and marketing collaterals for the website, email, and other channels;
  • Collect and analyze performance data across campaigns, webinars, and events, and prepare regular reports with recommendations;
  • Maintain organized records of campaigns, content, and assets;
  • Stay informed about emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management;
  • Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their basic algorithms;
  • Experience with content creation and basic content management systems;
  • Design skills and familiarity with visual content tools;
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and clarity;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools;
  • Good understanding of digital, online, and offline marketing;
  • Strong willingness to learn, develop, and take initiative.

Conditions of employment:

  • Competitive base salary;
  • Full-time employment with probation period of 6 months;
  • Hybrid working model;
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
  • 25 days of annual leave;
  • Employment visa.
