Job Description

This role supports the execution and operational delivery of marketing programs. Acting as the primary point of contact for escalations, the role works with cross-functional partners to track, reconcile, and resolve issues. The role also contributes to smaller, well-defined initiatives and deliverables.
Rate: $35/T4 (open to incorporated if needed) 12 month contract (potential to extend) Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign & Program Support (30%)

• Support execution of recurring and seasonal marketing campaigns
• Assist program leads with timelines, assets, and approvals
• Support internal materials and enablement resources
• Coordinate updates across digital and internal platforms
• Maintain trackers and delivery documentation

Escalation Management & Coordination (30%)

• Act as primary marketing point of contact for escalations
• Intake, track, and reconcile issues with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with relevant partners to support resolution
• Maintain escalation logs and reporting
• Support peak periods tied to launches or transitions

Independent Project Support (20%)

• Manage smaller, well-defined marketing or operational initiatives
• Coordinate partners to deliver projects end-to-end
• Ensure adherence to brand and compliance standards
• Escalate risks and issues as needed

Stakeholder Collaboration (20%)

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners
• Support external partner or agency coordination when required
• Respond to ad hoc requests within scope

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience supporting digital or direct marketing programs

  Must-Have Skills

  • Strong organization and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented; comfortable working in structured or regulated environments
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working at a marketing agency
  • Familiarity with data and analytics
