About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative "Junior Marketing Executive & Graphic Designer" to join one of our client's Aesthetics clinic in Clifton , Karachi.

In this role, you will help amplify our brand presence across digital platforms by combining data-driven marketing strategies with eye-catching visual design. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow their skills in both digital marketing and creative media.

What You'll Do

• Graphic Design: Create engaging visual assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, website banners, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Capcut.
• Content & Social Media: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our brand guidelines, identity, and tone of voice.
• Campaign Support: Help brainstorm, launch, and monitor digital marketing initiatives, SEO efforts, and promotional events.
• Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze basic marketing metrics (e.g., social engagement, click-through rates) to help optimize future campaigns.
• Collateral Production: Support the team in designing marketing collateral, both digital and print (such as flyers, brochures, and pitch decks).

Who You're?

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field (internships and strong portfolio projects count!).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent software). Familiarity with social media management platforms is a plus.
• Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and digital design trends.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
