What we offer

Shopping Center Marketing

Our teams, based in the Shopping Centers (SC), play a key role in supporting the attractiveness, development and performance of their sites. Reporting to the SC Manager and based on site, you will contribute to the implementation of local marketing and communication initiatives, working closely with the Head Office Marketing Department and other internal and external stakeholders. Your main missions will include:

• Support the SC Manager and the Head Office Marketing Department in the preparation and coordination of the center’s annual marketing action plan.
• Contribute to the implementation of the center’s annual marketing action plan, including:
• Assist in the coordination and execution of local marketing initiatives, events and communication actions, ensuring alignment with the Group’s marketing guidelines.
• Support the center’s digital marketing and communication activities by helping update and coordinate content across digital channels such as websites, apps, interactive directories and social media platforms.
• Coordinate day-to-day communication actions with external agencies, supporting the adaptation of creative assets, local campaigns, hospitality materials and customer-facing communications.
• Help coordinate the implementation of events and activations on site, ensuring operational follow-up and compliance with the agreed specifications.
• Participate in initiatives that help strengthen the center’s positioning and customer experience.
• Support the deployment of the Group’s quality standards and contribute to communicating them effectively to customers and on-site teams.
• Assist with the coordination of the center’s loyalty program and help monitor customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Head Office Marketing Department.
• Maintain regular contact with retailers and support the coordination of local initiatives involving shopkeepers, the GIE or the Shopkeepers’ Association.

Country Marketing

Reporting to the Southern Europe Marketing Director, you will assist in coordinating marketing activities across the Spanish portfolio, working closely with the Shopping Centre Marketing Managers and internal teams. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of Group marketing guidelines and help ensure consistent, high-quality execution of marketing initiatives in Spain:

• Support and coordinate with the Shopping Centre Marketing Managers on key marketing initiatives, including media plans, event production, creative adaptations, influencer activations, loyalty initiatives and in-situ communication.
• Assist in the day-to-day coordination with external agencies, including social media, creative and media agencies, ensuring smooth follow-up of ongoing projects.
• Help liaise between Corporate teams and the shopping centres to support the adaptation and deployment of Group marketing strategies, guidelines, toolkits and creative assets in the Spanish market.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the implementation and deployment of digital marketing initiatives across the portfolio.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare follow-up updates to support the continuous improvement of marketing activities across the portfolio.
• Partner with Westfield Rise teams to support the coordination and deployment of campaigns in our shopping centres.

🚩 You are the right person for this position if :

• You have a higher education in a top University or Business School, with a specialization in marketing and/or communication.
• You have at least 1-2 year's initial experience, including internships and apprenticeships, ideally gained in a retail company, in operational marketing or event communications
• You have a good creative judgment, combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and solid analytical skills
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in English
• You are familiar with IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and are at ease with reporting tools.
• You are curious, rigorous and able to propose innovative and creative action plans.
• Passionate about new technologies and their application to services and retail, you have a strong taste for the field, 4-star service, teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are always ready to make proposals and convince your internal and external contacts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
