Job Description

Do you want to turn your ideas into useful and meaningful technologies? Whether in Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, Industrial Technology or Energy and Building Technology - with us you will improve the quality of life for people all over the world. Welcome to Bosch.

Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!

Ready to change the IT world? We are looking for tech-savvy master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will shape Bosch's digital transformation with us in our Junior Managers Program. If you are passionate about data, think strategically, and are eager to build an outstanding leadership career, we want to hear from you.

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will rotate through the key areas of our digital organization in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of our business and our digital strategy, while building profound expertise in networking and developing digital business models relative to global IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and the deployment of customer-oriented platforms and software solutions. You will work on and lead high-impact projects, receive guidance from experienced executives, and gain hands-edge practical experience with the latest technologies that are already redefining our industry.

What you will learn and develop with us:

  • You will learn how the global IT strategy of a tech company is linked to business goals in order to enable data-driven decisions and new digital business models.

  • You will actively co-create the cloud transformation roadmap by leading the migration of enterprise applications and evaluating innovative cloud services for our internal and external customers.

  • You will work with the latest tech stacks and agile methodologies to design web services, microservice architectures, and data pipelines that form the backbone of our digital products. At the same time, you will collaborate with your personal executive-level mentor on your strategic development to prepare you specifically for your future role as a leader in the technology environment at Bosch.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, (technical) Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Your focus lies on topics such as cloud technologies, web services, IoT, Big Data, AI, software, and/or data analytics. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.

Qualifications

Your passion for digital worlds:

You are naturally curious and ready to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and contexts. Initial experience with digitalization projects is a major plus.

Your eye for the bigger picture:

You find it fascinating to understand how a global enterprise operates and are highly motivated to link digital initiatives with overall business goals.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

You live by the conviction that outstanding results only emerge by empowering people. Utilizing emotional intelligence and empathy, you foster an environment where technology unlocks human potential and contributes to the success of the entire team.

You think strategically and shape the future:

You recognize the big picture, derive a clear vision from it as a leader, and develop the roadmap that takes us there. You have already gathered valuable practical insights in the software or I(o)T environment—ideally in medium-sized companies or start-ups. Practical experience in applying one or more programming languages such as Java, C, Python, Matlab, or similar also sets you apart.

Your continuous development:

In our dynamic environment, you leverage your ability to learn quickly every day, continuously developing yourself—a growth mindset that we actively support and nurture.

Your language proficiency:

You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and possess good German language skills (B2 level) to navigate confidently within both our international and local environments.
