Job Description

Would you like to turn your ideas into useful and meaningful technologies? Whether in Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, Industrial Technology or Energy and Building Technology - with us you will improve the quality of life of people all over the world. Welcome to Bosch.

Shape the future of HR with us! We are looking for master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will revolutionize our HR network and bring Generative AI (GenAI) to "People" topics in our Junior Managers Program. Do you think innovatively, act with a human-centric approach, and want to design the best HR-tech solutions for Bosch? Then we want to hear from you.

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of one of the most important levers in our company: Human Resources. You will rotate through various departments—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into HR tech, strategic top-tier HR projects, and a specialization in GenAI. Your mission: bridge the gap between technology and people, optimize processes, and rethink HR.

You won't just support—you will shape, decide, and implement. You will bring in your own ideas, lead projects, and directly see the impact of your decisions on candidate and employee journeys—affecting processes, quality, and innovation.

What you will learn and develop with us:

  • You will learn how strategic and operational HR truly works in a global technology company—and how data, technology, and negotiation skills make all the difference.

  • You will actively shape HR tech strategies, develop future-oriented HR processes, and integrate GenAI solutions (such as chatbots or automated analytics) directly into daily HR practices.

  • You will work with international teams, IT specialists, and your personal mentor to develop into the next generation of HR leaders.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Digitalization, Data Science, Human Resources Management, or Work and Organizational Psychology. Topics such as GenAI, HR tech, machine learning, or digitalization genuinely interest you.

Qualifications

Your passion for HR innovations & tech:

You are excited about technological trends, forward-looking HR processes, and strategic decisions. Generative AI, machine learning, and HR tech applications are not just a duty for you—they are a passion you actively want to bring into the HR environment.

Your eye for the bigger picture:

You want to understand how technology and human-centric solutions connect—and how you can create real value for global teams at the intersection of HR and IT.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

You can inspire people, approach others openly, and build strong, interdisciplinary relationships—because for you, people are always at the center of every technological innovation.

You think strategically and shape the future:

You challenge existing processes, develop creative and innovative ideas for GenAI applications, and have the drive to implement HR tools from initial concept to deployment.

Your continuous development:

You want to grow—both professionally and personally. You are curious, learn quickly, and love to take on responsibility. Perhaps you already bring some initial work experience, an MBA, or a PhD.

Your language proficiency:

You communicate fluently in both English and German. You have already gained at least three months of international experience and ideally bring initial practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL·E) or programming languages.

  • A culture of belonging: From day one, you will become part of a global community of trainees from diverse backgrounds and locations. Build authentic connections beyond formal projects through virtual hangouts, local meetups, or our (global) trainee summits.
