Over 18-24 months, you will rotate through various positions domestically and abroad, taking on responsible tasks within mobile hydraulics, such as the development of future-proof, digital controls for hydraulic pumps and motors. You will work on global projects with technically fascinating and demanding products of the Bosch Group. Personality: You have completed an above-average Master's or Diploma degree, preferably with a doctorate or initial professional experience. You possess a strong leadership ambition and think entrepreneurially. Flexibility, initiative, and intercultural competence characterize you.
Background: Mechatronics with control engineering and knowledge in IT, as well as fluid technology or hydraulics.
Experience and Know-how: You have knowledge and practical experience in the fields of design, testing, electronics, control technology, or new technologies, and possess an interdisciplinary understanding (mechanics, electronics, software). Knowledge in modeling and simulation is desirable (e.g., MatLab/Simulink, AMESim). Furthermore, you have gained international experience with at least a 3-month stay abroad and have completed relevant industrial internships. You have very good English skills and master the German language.
