As a Strategy & Insights Junior Manager, you will support the Strategy team in developing meaningful insights that help shape business and marketing recommendations for our clients. You will gain a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, competitive landscape, and audiences while turning research and analysis into actionable recommendations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to strategic thinking that informs campaigns, client conversations, and new business opportunities.
In addition, you will have a constant pulse on the mobile and tech landscape. Understanding the evolution of digital technologies and mediums, and how brands can continue to be relevant in these spaces will be key to how you add value to our clients and across the agency.
Responsibilities:
Support the Strategy team in developing strategic plans and generating actionable business insights.
Conduct category, competitor, consumer, and audience research, translating findings into meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
Prepare reports and presentation materials using market, industry, and consumer data.
Participate in internal and cross-functional brainstorming sessions to contribute strategic and creative ideas.
Monitor industry, consumer, and market trends, identifying opportunities and potential impacts on clients' businesses.
Support new business pitches through research, insight development, and presentation preparation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic recommendations are data-driven, relevant, and aligned with client objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in strategy, planning, market research, insights, media, advertising, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A curious mindset with a strong interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and business strategy.
Previous experience in strategy, market research, planning, insights, advertising, media, or a related field is an advantage.
