YOUR MISSION

  • Coordinate and drive the Seasonal Planning process, including managing KPI targets, creating comprehensive reports and overseeing detailed Merchandising Planning in collaboration with Global Go-To-Market Merchandising and Business Units

  • Implement comprehensive Merchandising Planning tracking, including commentary and proactive follow-ups with stakeholders on deviations from the plan

  • Conduct advanced data analyses to extract actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving business growth

  • Drive the development and refinement of the Global planning process by implementing best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

  • Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing the most accurate and relevant information available, with a strong focus on customer sell-through data and market data

  • Support the accurate submission of product forecasts from all entities, validate results with Markets, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate findings through detailed reports to Senior Management

  • Propose and implement improvements to the Product Forecasting process, focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with integrated planning approaches across functions

  • Stay up to date with business performance across all product categories, regions, and key markets to proactively share information with global partners and support critical business decisions.

YOUR TALENT

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in planning (financial, demand, supply, or merchandising) within a mid-sized organization

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required; experience with additional tools or programming (e.g., SQL, macros) is a plus

  • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to convey ideas effectively in a structured and professional manner, including creating clear and compelling documentation

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage experience and knowledge to develop creative and effective solutions

  • Mindset: Strong team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach

  • Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of driving projects forward across functions and organizational levels

  • Innovation & Execution: Ability to execute established processes efficiently while driving innovation to support corporate objectives.
