Position Summary

The Marketing Junior Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, optimization and performance measurement of digital marketing, community, and loyalty initiatives, with a strong focus on Samsung Members and social media channels.

This role coordinates cross-functional initiatives designed to increase members acquisition and active usage, strengthen community engagement, improve brand awareness and drive adoption of Samsung’s ecosystem.

This position combines campaign management, content strategy, community engagement, performance analysis, and innovation, translating business priorities and consumer insights into measurable marketing initiatives.

Job Description

We are looking for a Digital, Community & Loyalty, Junior Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Samsung Members and social media, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand guidelines and defined KPI’s.
• Develop initiatives to increase Samsung Members registrations, Monthly Active Users, engagement, retention and platform usage through benefits, exclusive experiences, activations, partnerships and relevant content.
• Coordinate community programs and engagement initiatives that strengthen members belonging to the brand, encourage participation and reinforce the differentiated value proposition of Samsung Members program.
• Support the development of engaging and disruptive content across owned channels, identifying formats, topics, and creative approaches that improve reach, interactions and overall content performance.
• Coordinate campaigns and content strategies that encourage awareness, activation, and recurring usage of ecosystem services: Samsung Health, SmartThings, etc. Connecting product benefits with relevant consumer needs.
• Monitor campaign and platform performance, analyze KPI’s and consumer behavior, and translate data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities. Track metrics including MAU, registration, engagement, traffic, CTR, campaign participation, and content performance.
• Coordinate benefits, partnerships, workshops, events, and exclusive experiences that increase the perceived value of Samsung Members and contribute to acquisition, engagement, and retention objectives.
• Work closely with internal marketing teams, product divisions, CRM, agencies, partners, and regional/global stakeholders to ensure timely execution and consistency across initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing programs through testing, performance analysis, audience segmentation, creative optimization, and implementation of local learnings and global best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is needed
• 8+ years of experience in similar positions
• English advanced
• Demonstrate experience in digital marketing, social media and community management, campaign coordination, loyalty programs, and KPI management, content strategy, project management, stakeholder and agency coordination, consumer engagement.
• Presentation/storytelling skills.
• Consumer-centric mindset, strong organizational capabilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
