About the role

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of global financial planning processes for the most complex markets and regions, ensuring planning activities are executed consistently, efficiently, and in line with global standards.
  • Partner with senior Finance, functional, and market stakeholders to enhance planning effectiveness, improve forecast quality, and support business decision-making through robust planning processes and insights.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of financial planning processes Capex cash flow line, ensuring adherence to global standards, governance, and planning timelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, resolve complex planning challenges, and drive adoption of global planning processes and solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of planning process improvements, systems enhancements, and analytical capabilities to improve planning effectiveness, forecast quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor planning performance through KPIs and governance forums, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned planning processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives and sharing best practices across the Planning organization.

What you'll bring

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of Finance experience, with significant exposure to FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or business performance management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes, governance, and finance systems.
  • Experience leading complex process improvement or planning initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work independently in a global, matrix organization.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
