Financial Services Consulting is part of KPMG’s broader Transformation and Risk Consulting area, bringing together more than 140 colleagues across complementary transformation, risk, and advisory capabilities. The Financial Services Consulting unit consists of approximately 90 professionals focused on the financial services sector, including banks, insurers, wealth managers, and associated companies. You will join a global organization and work across a variety of areas with competent and inspiring colleagues. Our Management Consultants — change agents, business developers, and subject-matter experts — are guided by agile, delivery-focused, and inclusive ways of working. Together with our clients, we help change the financial services sector for the better.

We provide transformational capabilities in complex and strategic areas within Finance, Risk & Regulatory, Operations, and Technology, as well as in sector-specific domains such as Payments and Claims. We support our clients in change initiatives covering system and regulatory implementations, sustainability, AI, integrations and separations, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements, as well as project and program management. We challenge, develop, and elevate our clients to deliver long-lasting value. Regardless of the objective — digitalization, profitability, sustainability, compliance, or innovation — we are the transformation partner for financial services.

Our team is primarily based in Stockholm, Göteborg, and Malmö.

We are looking for high performing and talented team players who are recent or soon to be graduates. More specifically, we want you to have:

• Preferably a master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, law, or a comparable field. We also welcome candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds or equivalent experience
• A strong business and digital mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is required, Swedish is an advantage)
• Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent academic results
• Genuine interest in the financial services sector
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in teams

If you move on to the next step in the recruitment process, you will be invited to an Assessment Day at our office in Stockholm. The Assessment Day will be in the middle of October 2026.

Based on mutual agreement successful candidates will be based in Stockholm and start in August 2027.
