Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Engage directly with our clients as a key member of our support team, striving to deliver a premier service experience in every interaction.
• Operate specialized software to manage logistics requests and ensure efficient communication and transaction processes.
• Resolve issues individually or in conjunction with your peers in a timely and effective manner utilizing excellent troubleshooting skills for all hardware used in support of Trimble’s computer user community.
• Utilize your data analysis skills for production planning, helping us optimize our processes and meet customer demands effectively.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong tech-savvy background with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Teams.
• Solid data analysis skills with the ability to interpret information for decision-making and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with an analytical mindset and a customer-centric approach.
• Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset suitable for a tight-knit team environment.
• A patient, empathetic approach with a consistently positive attitude toward helping others.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with Power BI or generating customized data insights.

Logistics:

Location: Galway, Ireland (Office-based for the first 3-6 months during training, transitioning to a more flexible work-from-home schedule afterwards)
