Support Loan Trading Operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of primary, secondary and distressed loan trades. The role involves coordinating settlement activities, managing trade documentation, monitoring trade status and supporting process efficiency initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the settlement of primary, secondary and distressed loan trades, as well as loan TRS transactions.
• Create and maintain trades within ClearPar.
• Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties and administrative agents to ensure timely trade completion.
• Prepare and review LSTA/LMA trading documentation.
• Review Credit Agreements and Amendments to support trade execution activities.
• Monitor trade settlement status, perform reconciliations and escalate settlement delays when necessary.
• Prepare reports on unsettled trades and operational risk indicators.
• Monitor corporate events impacting settled and unsettled trades.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives using Excel-based tools and automation techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience within Banking and Financial Operations.
• Knowledge of Middle Office Operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong collaboration and results-oriented mindset.
• Client-focused and resilient approach.
• English (Fluent).
