Junior Legal Compliance
Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:
- Study Hong Kong and international laws, regulations, and SFC regulatory rules related to hedge fund business, and provide professional compliance suggestions.
- Manage and follow up on all regulatory requirements, organize and submit relevant documents, and maintain smooth daily regulatory communication.
- Respond to internal daily compliance inquiries, handle practical issues flexibly within regulatory boundaries, and balance compliance requirements with business development.
- Sort and file compliance documents, assist in daily internal compliance inspections, and support routine team work.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Preference for candidates majoring in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or related disciplines; other majors are also acceptable.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in legal, compliance, risk, or financial regulation fields. Preference for candidates with buy-side working exposure.
- Passionate about the compliance industry, willing to conduct in-depth research on regulatory policies, and able to solve problems flexibly within compliance frameworks.
- Well-organized, reliable, highly responsible, diligent, and result-oriented with strong coordination capability.
