Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Junior Associate for our Legal Team with strong ownership of tasks and a willingness and ability to learn. We offer excellent opportunities for professional and personal development, interesting work in dynamic environment, and career support.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law;
• While we prefer candidates who have previous experience, we will also consider fresh law degree graduates;
• Experience on the fields of Banking; Finance, Real Estate, M&A, Digital is advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
• Good PC skills.

Your future role

• Analysing legal - client issues focused on various law areas (commercial law, labour law, civil law, corporate law and M&A, real estate law, digital law);
• Preparation of legal statements;
• Technical research and analyses;
• Commenting on and assessing legal documents;
• Corporate and contractual agenda;
• Due diligence;
• Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
• Contact with state authorities and courts;
• Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks.

Start date: november/december 2026 or by agreement

Salary: EUR 1550 gross/month (higher salary may be agreed depending on qualifications and experience).

If you successfully complete the test, one of our recruiters will contact you to discuss the role, your experience, and your motivation for applying.

1. Interview at Our Office

In this stage, you will meet us in person at our office for an interview with the department manager and a recruiter.
